BALLOONS Lit. Journal receives funding for 3 years

Happy Year of the Monkey! The first piece of good news to go with the festival is that BLJ's funding application to the first Hong Kong Teachers Dream Fund is successful! That means BLJ will receive sufficient funding for printing at least six issues (Issue 3 onwards) for contributors and associates of BLJ. Therefore, while BLJ remains an online journal accessible to all for free, contributors will be mailed with a print copy which contains their work. Also, sample copies of the magazine will be mailed to selected scholars, educators, and schools.

Issue 3 of BLJ is on its way. I now re-estimate that it will be out in March, if things go smoothly. I like this issue a lot, I hope you will too! Stay tuned!
