Greetings from BLJ...wish u all a great Christmas and a super prosperous year of 2017!   BALLOONS Lit. Journal was first established in November 2014. This young magazine turns two this month with four lovely and moving issues produced so far. While we received blessings from all over the world, the following texts (together with this cute drawing from Marco Chan, a secondary 1 student from Hong Kong) are particularly thoughtful and thus I'd like to share them with you here:

I grinned widely at the balloons engrained Continuing journeys in glee — Ting-hei Au (Oscar), student (Secondary 1), Hong Kong Glad to share with friends of BLJ that my first poetry chapbook, "of improvised song", has just been launched by Origami Poetry Project (http://origamipoems.com/). It is freely downloadable as a PDF file which can be folded into a micro-chapbook. For those of you who may not afford locating the file and learning the proper way to fold it through their site, I have here the pictures of the product in my hand, with some screenshots of their interesting site. Sorry that the poems here are not written for children. But if any of you "feel" something from them, these humble pieces will be all over the moon! Pete
